One of the possibles ways of improving the regional situation in the area of human resource development is to develop and organize new education and training programs tailored to the needs of the regional economy. With this in mind, the municipalities of the Koroška region together with the local chamber of commerce and industry founded the Koroška Centre for higher education - KOVIVIS.
